Отличное новое кондо. Все чисто. Новые полотенца, белье, тапочки. Большой бассейн, зона bbq, теннис, билиард, Лего комната, комната для работы/учебы и прочее. Все сделано, чтобы приехать и жить не выходя за пределы комплекса. Из небольшого минуса 7 eleven далековато (минут 10). Зато рядом большой торговый центр. Нам все понравилось. С радостью вернёмся вновь

房間不算大，但有洗衣機和廚房，離周邊的一個大商場較近，從後門過一個小橋就到。就是陽台比較小，晾晒衣服不太方便。泳池蠻大的，有滑梯。

I loved this place. The owner Ming, really takes care of his guests, the location might not be the best if you want to enjoy the local amenities, but it’s definitely worth the the price. Well recommended! 我很喜歡這個地方。店主明非常照顧他的客人，如果你想享受當地的便利設施，位置可能不是最好的，但絕對物有所值。強烈推薦！

This is NOT a good option for the international traveller.  Pro: high end facilities, futuristic tech heavy place with great common facilities and clean sanitised setting. Con: bad location with minimal attractions and the furthest we’ve been away from even a seven eleven in Thailand. While the host is responsive, prior communication is much needed to get into the actual apartment and it is not provided. Check in is impossible to guess and the guards at the gate are as unhelpful and unable to help. One can’t really check in without being hand held over the phone with the host (may be a problem if you don’t have a Thai number and impossible if you depend on local wifi to communicate). The wifi is limited to your apartment also. If you lose your key you’re going to have to wait for long to get into your place, there is no on-site help for anything you may need. You have a stove but no pots nor pans. Water pressure is embarrassing for such a place. Basic useful information (e.g., how to get around to useful places such as closest restaurants or the close mall) is missing and google maps doesn’t know or show the shortcuts ( which can save 20 minutes walking) so you either find them by trial and error or not… We rented 2 apartments and one had more stuff Kettle, clothes drying rack) than the other, so random.
